train series: PRIMARILY STRENGTH TRAINING FOCUSED ON KETTLEBELLS & BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES. tHIS CLASS CHANGES MONTHLY WHICH ALLOWS CLIENTS TIME TO IMPROVE ON THE MOVEMENTS OR INCREASE WEIGHT AS THE MONTH PROGRESSES.


train series: tHIS IS THE CLASS TO COME TO IF YOU ARE NEW TO IRON GRIP GYM. IT INCORPORATES A VARIETY OF TOOLS: VINTAGE DUMBBELLS, TRAINING ROPES, SUSPENSION ALONG WITH MANY OTHER TOOLS. THIS CLASS CHANGES DAILY.


train series: circuit training with the addition of boxing; gloves/wraps required. THIS CLASS CHANGES DAILY.


open gym coming in february!! clients can sign up for the time and request a trainer for mittwork or other technical exercises they would like to work on. this is temporary and we will be filling this class time with a fightxtechnique class in the next month or two. this will focus on boxing basics.


BAGSXBEATS (MONDAY): BOXING AT INDIVIDUAL HEAVY BAG STATIONS TO YOUR FAVORITE BEATS/MUSIC; GLOVES/WRAPS REQUIRED. THIS CLASS CHANGES DAILY. PLAYLISTS INCLUDE POP, ROCK, THROWBACK AND MORE! THIS IS A FUN HIGH ENERGY WORKOUT TO START YOUR WEEK!


BagsxBody (wednesday): boxing at individual heavy bag stations & bodyweight exercises; gloves/wraps required. This class changes daily. 


Body series: bodyxcore incorporates body work including planks, back exercises and core work using medicine balls.

body series: bodyx360: incorporates body work including yoga/pilates, core, boxing & strength using suspension & medicine balls.


flow series: bodyxflow is a 60 minute sequenced yoga class and is the same each time to allow for progression

flow series: powerxflow is a 60 minute power yoga flow class

flow series: strengthxflow is a 60 minute yoga sequence using light kettlebells to challenge your yoga poses.
